Hey!!Go through the forum and create your own food and exercise diary. Log all you eat, drink and exercise as well. You will always get peeps giving u input about how to make improvements. Also, start looking at other people's diaries, look at their results and if you like what you see, engage them in conversation for tips and advice.... WELCOME!! ;D ;D
