Right now, I'm at a place where I know I can do more but I'm not... I'm nesting in my comfort zone so I'm not losing or adding.. I will push myself though...
Work biz family issues making me too exhausted to workout. Big time!
I'd start from the days I remember:

26th April:
I was on a carbs spree!
I craved yam.. since I hadn't eaten it in ages
B-Nil
L: yam porridge
Corn flakes+ milk
 Yam porridge, tiger nuts
Weterbix+ milk
D: 3slices of bread and hot tea
E: Bob Harper's Biggest loser... I burned them all! So exhausted!

25th April
B: Nil
L: 3slices of boiled unripe plantain+2dried fried eggs+ 1 sausage
Cornflakes + milk
D: vegetable soup+ apple smoothie + mango smoothie
W: 3ltrs
E: Nil

  • weightloss isn't always linear. it can be a slow process too but quitting wouldn't make it any faster!!!!!

How are you going to keep your sodium levels in check without cooked food and a lot of workout?

@Cecey... Biscuit Kwa?! Take your time oh! Stay there and keep snooping, till I see your diary  ;D ;D...
As for sodium levels... Hmmm I'm taking hot tea ;D
I'd slip next week monday...(my son's birthday)... that'd take care of the sodium for the remaining duration....
Think is, I can't push you all to do this diet... it's on me to embark on it, experiment it on myself, ascertain it's safe before it becomes another of my methods...

Ain't you breast feeding. Maybe that's why you feel lightheaded or your body is just getting used to the new routine

@ Faree, No, I'm not breastfeeding, I guess it's the 2nd, my body is trying to cope with the new routine..

@ Annette, please go to the directions on how to use the tracker... Dr Trim explained it.. Thank you

Day3: - May 4th 2016

B: tea + 2packs of unsweetened biscuits
L: mangoes
D: salad( I find that salad makes me feel bloated and it's a feeling I don't quite like; I'd be off salad for a while and when I do eat it, it'd be without cream)
E: Charlene Johnson's beach body turbo jam
W: not so much: this program is tightening up my tummy... I can't seem to eat or drink... will have to do better as I don't want my liver and kidney to suffer

Kudos to you WLE... i applaud your working out. it seems you have trained yourself to that level of discipline i can only imagine....

I have a worry ma. I worry that if i work out... really work out... I fear it would make me so weak and hungry and I would compensate by over eating and then the goal of the weight loss journey will be compromised.

Thankk Annette;
You don't have to worry about such things.. when you start working out, you can eat healthy portions of healthy foods... put in so much effort working out and most things won't matter.. as for discipline in eating, it all starts with you...
As a human being, I'm sure you've set goals and all that and nothing makes you compromise it.. I'm sure there are some foods you don't like eating... just try.. love yourself to the extent that you'd do anything for YOU
