Confession: hubby earlier traveled, came in yesterday, and filled one freezer with chocolates, biscuits, sausages, french fries, so many things..
I kept 'passing' by this harbinger of temptation... when I felt everyone had gone to sleep, I sneaked to go take one chocolate... Hmmmm my son caught me.. when we opened the freezer...I saw the chocs, fear caught me... I settled for one coke I couldn't even finish... low fat and all that...180calories... I felt dirty...
E: Nil ( I didn't push myself enough)
W: a whole lot of water

@ Uchay...
Although they'd say 0 calories, there really nothing like that... What you should watch out for is the amount of calories or how 'low' the calories is in the coke or drink...
Carbonated drinks all contribute to bloated tummy.... so none is good

  • weightloss isn't always linear. it can be a slow process too but quitting wouldn't make it any faster!!!!!
