  1. @fluffycutething, no not alone oh. You can take it with your gbegiri and little amount of amala. Just ensure in all that the whole amount of food you take in is not too muc. At least a piece of lean meat is enough. Thanks for stopping by

  3. pls what can I take for bowel movement? It is very serious. I dont always feel the need to toilet. I drink a lot of water and friut to no effect? Please help!
